After 12 years of sitting at a computer desk job, my body was broken. Despite years of sports and exercise, sitting at a computer caused the worst injuries I’ve ever had. Since then, I’ve become passionate and obsessive about the most efficient ways to live a healthy sedentary lifestyle.
My name is Todd Bowen. I’m a lifelong athlete and former computer desk worker. After correcting my posture, I became a Certified Posture Specialist (CPS) to help others learn how to sit with good computer posture.
I share my experience on SittingPosture.com. I write articles about the common posture mistakes I used to make. I also talk about the ways I fixed my poor computer posture.
